purl stitch knit stitch

This is my first time making purl stitch knit stitch, and I am in love. How can you not be in love with this stitch, right? First, you need to make a pattern and then you need to stitch it in a row. I did not have any fabric at home, so I used some I had in my stash. I used a pattern from the American Threadneedle Pattern Exchange (ATPE).

I have made this stitch many times, but I don’t think I’d ever use it in a garment. It’s too busy to be used in a garment. But, just for fun, the way it makes the fabric look and feel is just as wonderful. I made the pattern out of a thick, heavy, cotton that’s been a little too long, and the way it fluffily blends with the fabric makes it look like it’s not there at all.

If you have a stash of fabric that you want to use in a project, try a pattern designed for it. I did this one from the American Threadneedle Pattern Exchange ATPE pattern. It came out really nice and I used it many times. One thing I really like about making things like this is the way you can use the fabric you have lying around to create something that will last forever and then it will look and feel better than if you had done it yourself.

I like that you can use a very old and worn fabric to make something that you will enjoy for a long time. It’s a great way to reuse and create something new.
