30 Day Water Challenge
So, for everyone asking, I thought I would tell you more about the challenge.
- 30 days of no alcohol.
- No more teas (this includes green tea or any herbal teas), no coffee, no juices.
- Just WATER. You may drink fruit infused water to help spice up the challenge a little more. You should aim to drink around 2 litres per day (but this is just a recommendation)
After 30 days your body will have had a natural detox and cleanse and you will start to see big results!
After 30 days I saw major improvements in my skin and hair growth. My hair grew faster than usual and my skin felt more glowing with fewer spots.
I also saw improvements in my shape. Unfortunately, I didn’t take any measurements or weigh myself before I started the challenge so I can’t say for sure if I lost any weight, but I certainly looked 10 times better! I noticed muscle definition in my stomach. I have always trained and exercised regularly but never had much muscle definition mainly due to my diet. However, I noticed I lost body fat from cutting out unhealthy drinks in my diet and eating healthier overall.
